When did you begin your fitness journey?
I began my fitness journey in 2016, during the later stages of college at age 17.
What is your greatest achievement in fitness?
My greatest achievement is my current state:
- Being the fittest I’ve ever been.
- Possessing the knowledge and tools to sustain this lifestyle long-term.
- Guiding others on their fitness journeys.
- Transforming from having no self-esteem, confidence, or drive to being energized, confident, and passionate about helping others.
How has investing in a fitness journey helped you in other areas of your life?
Fitness gave me purpose, breaking the repetitive cycle of wake, work, repeat. It has:
- Provided structure to my life.
- Enabled me to meet new people.
- Made life exciting and fulfilling.
- Helped me wake up with positivity and productivity.
Unlike working solely for others, fitness allowed me to work on myself, creating a life I truly want.
What do you bring to Physique Academy?

- Stay committed, even on low-motivation days.

What’s the best thing about being part of Physique Academy?
Being part of a movement advocating for men’s health and fitness, with:
- A tight-knit community.
- Daily motivation from the Facebook group.
- Coaches who are also friends and peers.
- Like-minded individuals who inspire growth.
What is your favorite style of training?
I prefer traditional weight training with:
- Dumbbells, free weights, and machines.
- Progressive overload to track strength.
- Focus on improving form and weight load.
It’s both enjoyable and effective.
What does your daily routine look like?
- Morning: Wake early, plan the day, and train (weight training session).
- Midday: Balanced meals to fuel training and recovery, combined with client work.
- Afternoon/Evening: Continue client coaching, followed by a second meal and personal time.
- Night: Final meal, review progress, and rest.
Why are routine and discipline important to you?
Routine and discipline are the foundation of fitness and life, providing:
- Structure for consistency.
- Adaptability in tough situations.
- Confidence through preparation.
Without them, you’ll feel lost, improvement stalls, and change becomes impossible.
Have you ever had a setback from training, and how did you overcome it?
My biggest setback was mental strength, letting life’s problems overwhelm me due to a lack of structure. Physique Academy’s training plan gave me:

- A clear path for progress.
Now, I channel challenges into fuel, living by this mindset daily.
