When did you begin your fitness journey?
I started in July 2020, weighing just under 99kg and classified as clinically obese.
What is your greatest achievement in fitness?
- Transforming from clinical obesity, low self-esteem, and lack of motivation to being in the best shape of my life, prioritizing health and well-being.
- Becoming confident, outgoing, and highly motivated, with a renewed sense of happiness.
- Using my platform to inspire others, receiving daily messages of appreciation that fuel my drive to keep pushing forward.
How has investing in a fitness journey helped you in other areas of your life?
My fitness journey has transformed my persona, making me more outgoing, confident, and positive. It shifted my outlook on life, helping me discover my purpose: to motivate, educate, and inspire men to reach their full potential. Beyond physical changes, the mental health benefits have been profound, which I’m deeply passionate about.

What is your favorite style of training?
I love a bodybuilding-style approach, as it’s a passion of mine. I also enjoy HIIT and endurance training for variety.
What does your daily routine look like?
- 5:00 AM: Wake up and stretch for 30 minutes.
- Morning: Complete 1 hour of fasted cardio at the gym, followed by a podcast or YouTube video (industry or mindset-focused).
- 8:00 AM: First meal, then work until noon.
- 12:00 PM: Second meal, followed by a walk.
- Afternoon: Work until 4:00 PM, then have a pre-workout third meal.
- 5:00 PM: 90-minute resistance training session at the gym.
- Evening: Fourth and final meal, meal prep for the next day, and bed by 10:30 PM.
Why are routine and discipline important to you?
Routine is everything. Without it, my day would be disorganized, and I wouldn’t be where I am today. It’s the foundation for achieving greatness.
Have you ever had a setback from training, and how did you make a comeback?
I’ve faced injuries and critics, but my mindset has been my greatest asset. Staying focused on my goals and supported by the Physique Academy team’s warrior mentality has helped me push through, transforming me into someone I’m proud to be.
