What Does Fitness Mean to You?
Fitness has always been more than just training—it’s been the cornerstone of my mental stability, the structure behind my daily life, and ultimately, the foundation of who I am. It’s all I’ve ever known, and it’s shaped every part of my journey.
When Did You Start Your Fitness Journey?
I started training at 12 years old, and by 14, I was training consistently. That’s when I realised this wasn’t just a hobby—it was a true passion.
From that moment, I knew I wanted to turn fitness into a career and help others find the same fulfillment. I earned my personal training qualifications while studying Sports Science in college, setting the stage for a life built around health and performance.
How Has Fitness Helped You in Other Areas of Life?
Fitness—especially bodybuilding—has taught me lifelong values I still live by every day:
- Discipline
- Dedication
- Determination
- Direction
These qualities have helped me not only in training, but in relationships, business, and life’s biggest challenges.
What Do You Bring to the Physique Academy?
I bring a decade of experience in coaching and training, alongside a research-led, scientific approach thanks to my Bachelor’s degree in Sports & Exercise Science from a top 10 UK university.
My approach combines evidence-based knowledge with real-world results.
What Are Your THREE Biggest Strengths as a Coach?
- Relatability: I know what it feels like to be at every stage of the journey. Whether you’re just starting out or chasing your next level, I can meet you where you are.
- Communication: I care about my clients’ progress. I stay in touch, celebrate every win—big or small—and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
- Client Understanding: I’ve worked with elite athletes, everyday professionals, and total gym novices. I tailor everything to suit your individual needs—without overwhelming you.
Why Should People Join the Physique Academy?
Physique Academy delivers far more than just physical transformation.
We are the only coaching team that actively integrates psychology, mindset, and behaviour change into our coaching process—helping clients boost self-esteem, build resilience, and grow mentally, not just physically.
We train for the mental edge as much as the aesthetic one.
What Advice Would You Give to People Starting Their Fitness Journey?
Start with baby steps. Don’t try to go from 0 to 100 in a week.
Instead, choose realistic, achievable actions that you can sustain. Once you master the basics, consistency will drive momentum.
What’s the Best Thing About Being Part of the Physique Academy?
The brotherhood between coaches. We’re a team of likeminded individuals, all driven by the same mission—to change lives around the world through education, support, and powerful transformations.
What’s Your Favourite Style of Training?
- Bodybuilding
- Conditioning
I love the discipline and structure of physique training combined with the athletic edge that comes from conditioning work.
Why Are Routine and Discipline Important to You?
Routine and discipline are what sustain results long-term.
Motivation may get you started, but it’s discipline that keeps you moving forward—especially when life gets tough. It’s the key to staying consistent and continuing to grow.
Have You Ever Had a Setback in Training?
Thankfully, I’ve avoided serious physical injuries. But I’ve faced mental setbacks, including one of the most difficult times in my life—the sudden passing of a close friend.
That moment hit hard and disrupted my routine. But I found my way back by focusing on what’s good in my life, grounding myself in gratitude, and pouring my energy into positive action.
That’s the mindset I bring to coaching—resilience through life’s toughest moments.
