At Physique Academy we're on a mission to support men's mental health, and we're inviting you to be a part of it! We believe in making a real impact, and that's why 100% of the funds raised through this challenge will go directly to the foundation dedicated to men's mental health.

How to take part in the challenge

Choose your level

10M'EMOM - Every Minute on the Minute: This challenge follows the popular EMOM format. Every minute, on the minute, complete the designated number of burpees based on your chosen level. Push yourself, but remember, it's all for a great cause! Dad Bod: 6 Burpees every minute Beginner: 10 Burpees every minute Athlete: 14 Burpees every minute Big Daddy: 18 Burpees every minute

Film your burpee challenge and tag your friends

Set up your camera and film your burpee challenge, or take a photo with your results once you’ve completed it. Nominate 2 friends to take on the challenge and tag them in your post. Let’s see if they can beat your score! Share the challenge and help us get as many people involved as possible!

We ask you to take part in the challenge and donate to our go fund me page you can find on our social media platforms and our website. The target of our challenge is to raise £10,000. This will provide 200 FREE ‘Let’s Talk’ sessions for men to access our expert and professional team from the Armstrong Foundation.
