When Did You Start Your Fitness Journey?
I began my fitness journey at 13 or 14 years old, doing press-ups and sit-ups in my bedroom. Alongside this, I was active in multiple school sports and practiced martial arts outside of school.
That early passion led me to pursue a career in the field. I earned a degree in Sport and Exercise Science followed by a master’s in Sport and Exercise Physiology. Since then, I’ve spent over 10 years working in elite professional sport and with the general public, helping people reach their full physical potential.
How Has Fitness Helped You in Other Areas of Life?
Fitness has been transformational in my life. The confidence you gain from being strong and moving well gives you the self-belief to take on anything—whether it’s:

Yes—multiple setbacks.
From broken bones and ligament injuries to knee surgeries and back issues, I’ve experienced them all.
