This month’s Client of the Month is Nick, who joined the programme in May 2026 with the goal of losing the “dad bod,” rebuilding his confidence and getting back into the shape he once had. Since joining, Nick has not only transformed his physique and gym performance, but he’s also used his journey to inspire those around him, from his patients and clients to his own family. Balancing a demanding career, fatherhood and training, Nick is a great example of what can happen when you combine structure, accountability and consistent effort. We caught up with him to learn more about his journey, what kept him motivated and what’s next.
When did you join?
May 2026
Why did you join?
To lose the dad bod and get back into the shape I used to be in and feel confident in myself again after our second child was born.
What have you achieved?
I lost a good amount of weight and have been hitting numbers in the gym I haven’t seen since college. Personally I’ve been able to use this experience as an example for my patients and clients that consistency and progressive overload can make for great results. My business had our highest gross revenue ever this year.
What other areas has it helped?
I’ve been able to help my family and friends learn more about fitness and nutrition to stay healthy. While trying to ge steps in I’ve found that spending more time outside with my family and going on walks to the park has helped and it is a great way to keep everyone moving and encourage a healthier life for everyone.
Would you recommend?
Definitely. I needed the accountability and the structure to help get me back on track. I feel like the weekly progressions and adjustments with travel helped me stay consistent when I otherwise would have fallen off.
What gets you motivated?
I want my kids to remember their dad as Superman. I want them to grow up thinking and believing that fitness is normal and that taking care of yourself should be a priority.
Is there something fitness related you can do now?
I have been able to hit run paces I haven’t hit since training for Ironman races and I completed my first Hyrox doubles race with my wife.

How important is a routine to you?
Very. I have a demanding job and frequently solo parent with my wife’s work responsibilities so keeping a routine is crucial if I want to stay consistent. Little things like planning meals in advance and setting up the garage gym the night before really help me stay consistent
What’s been the highlight?
The personal growth and regaining confidence and watching the self progression has been the highlight. Honestly, just checking the box each morning that the work is done is a great feeling and allows me to do everything else knowing I’ve done what I need to do to move the needle.
What’s next on your fitness journey?
I want to sign up for another Hyrox race and/or a half marathon while maintaining the strength I’ve gained.
