I’m a 34-year-old online fitness coach with over 15 years of hands-on experience in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and more recently, running. I started training at 19, and over the years it’s grown into a true passion for helping others unlock their physical potential. I combine practical experience with evidence-based methods to create results that are both sustainable and transformative.
I hold a degree in Sports Science and a Master’s in Sports Nutrition. Professionally, I spent five years working as a Performance Nutritionist in elite sport, including rugby and football. Most recently, I worked with Crystal Palace FC in the English Premier League, supporting athletes competing at the highest level.
