I've been training myself in the gym for just under a decade, and I spent just under three years working as a highly successful personal trainer at one of the UK's busiest gyms. During this time, I developed a deep well of enthusiasm, a knack for understanding clients, and a broad range of coaching and fitness experience. Whether you're just starting out or looking to push your limits, I can guide you every step of the way.
These days, I’m diving into HYROX – my latest fitness passion. It’s a fantastic way to test and improve functional fitness, and I find it both challenging and rewarding.
When I’m not coaching or training, I’m always on the lookout for new workout trends and fitness tips to share. And yes, I believe in balance, so an occasional cheat meal is definitely on the menu.
