I’ve grown up with fitness being a big part of my life. I played football for close to 20 years and watched my dad help transform the lives of people during his own PT career. Seeing the positive impact, he had on others increased my passion for fitness.
In my late teens/early 20s, I trained on and off, not really putting in the effort to make any real change. This changed when my daughter was born, and I started to think about the future, and the long-term positive impacts of being fit and healthy for myself and my kids.
A few years ago, I made the break away from my 9-5 job and have been a PT since then. I have worked with many men and women of a variety of ages, lifestyles and backgrounds to help them increase strength and skyrocket their confidence so that not only do they look good, but also feel good in themselves.
Leaving the corporate world and being able to focus on helping other people achieve their fitness goals 24/7 at Physique Academy was the best decision I ever made! It is so rewarding to be able to use my experience, skills and qualifications to help other people, whatever their situation, background or goals, improve their lives.
