Fitness came naturally to me from a young age. I used to love playing sports, especially football. I was fortunate enough to pursue a football career from the age of 16, spending time playing abroad in multiple countries. However, around the age of 24, that career came to an end, and I had to rediscover my passion.
During this transitional period, I had been going to the gym and lifting weights for a long time, but I struggled to find motivation until I discovered Calisthenics. This style of training captivated me and provided a new sense of purpose and goals in the gym. Over the years, I have continued to focus on running, functional training, and mobility, believing that one is only as strong as their weakest point.
I consider myself a hybrid athlete, always striving to improve and inspire others through my work ethic. Joining the Physique Academy for me is not just about achieving Physique and Performance goals; it's also about being part of a community of like-minded individuals all working towards becoming the best versions of themselves. As the saying goes, "If you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far, go together."
