During my late teens, I slacked off. Let go of my passion to pursue relationships, where I would indulge in calorie dense foods on a very regular basis and ultimately gained a lot of weight. I yo-yo dieted from time to time, losing a couple of stone here and there and then gaining it again which would happen over the course of a few years before one day, I looked in the mirror, took a long hard look at myself and realised what I had become, what I had let myself get to and ultimately burst into tears. I knew it was time to take action, time to change and ultimately change my life physically as well as mentally.
I reached out to George, who told me we were going to shock everyone, show what’s possible, he made a promise he would do everything he possibly could to help me achieve my goal(s). I promised him I would be the BEST transformation Physique Academy had ever seen because I knew how much I wanted this, I didn’t want to go back to how I was feeling; lost, insecure, trapped, unconfident, demotivated. and this thought is something that to this day drives me on, fires up the cylinders and ignites the passion inside me.
During my transformation, I developed a newfound passion for the fitness / bodybuilding lifestyle, I realised that this wasn’t only my passion but my new found purpose, something I feel I have always been meant to do. A lot of people took inspiration and motivation from my journey (which still continues) so I thought to myself, why don’t I turn this into a career? Why don’t I use my passion to help, educate and inspire other people who are in my starting position, show them what’s possible if you trust the Physique Academy process, trust your coach and ultimately put the work in! Which leads me to this day, a proud member of the Physique Academy team, helping inspire and educate individuals who want to reach their full potential which fills me with nothing but pride on a daily basis, something I truly love doing and something I give my all towards.
