I’m 34 years old, a father, and now a proud coach at Physique Academy, a role I step into with purpose, passion, and presence.
Fitness has been in my DNA my whole life. I started boxing at just 5 years old and competed for a decade, eventually earning the honour of boxing for the England Schoolboys. That early discipline built a strong foundation of resilience that I still carry with me today. From there, I transitioned into bodybuilding, placing 2nd in my first Men’s Physique competition and earning an invite to the British finals. It proved to me what’s possible when you fully commit to your craft.
I’ve walked the walk and been a Physique Academy client myself, so I know firsthand the power of this coaching system and the transformation it delivers.
But my journey hasn’t just been about physical transformation. I’ve faced my own battles, mentally, emotionally, and personally. One of the biggest turning points in my life was losing my father to mental health. That pain shifted something deep within me. It taught me that true strength isn’t just physical, it’s about how we show up in the hardest moments, how we heal, and how we grow from them.
Fitness became my therapy, my structure, and eventually my purpose. Becoming a personal trainer at Snap Fitness gave me the chance to work with people of all ages and capabilities. It shaped me into a coach who sees training not just as a tool to get fit, but as a safe space for mental health, a way to rebuild confidence, and a means to feel grounded again.
My training strengths lie in fat loss, building muscle, and functional fitness, a mix of bodybuilding techniques combined with CrossFit-style cardio sessions to develop strength, endurance, and resilience.
Now, as a father myself, my mission runs even deeper. Being a dad is about leadership, consistency, and showing up. I’m here to help other men, fathers, build not only stronger bodies, but stronger foundations in life. To lead from the front. To raise the standard. And to become the man their family can truly look up to.
Let’s build it together.
