Health and fitness are the keys to a happy, fulfilled life. I blend my passion for physical training, health, mental growth, and spirituality to help others become their best selves.
At 17, I committed to becoming the strongest version of myself—physically and mentally. I transformed my skinny, aimless life by adopting a warrior mindset, turning the gym into my sanctuary. Starting with bodybuilding and powerlifting, I soon found a home in martial arts like Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and boxing.
Becoming a personal trainer in Germany while building my physique in a self-made garage gym, I discovered my next evolution: a backpacking journey across 20+ countries. Whether swimming in the Amazon or scaling volcanoes in Guatemala, these experiences unleashed my adventurous spirit, eventually leading me to become a yoga teacher.
I now combine a ‘Warrior’ approach to strength training, martial arts, and movement with my global travels. I've had the honor of coaching athletes, men from all backgrounds, and even disabled children—helping each one unlock their potential.
I believe the world needs stronger men to lead positive change. That's why I strive to be a role model, dedicated to supporting masculinity, health, and fitness. I am a man of faith, on a mission to empower men everywhere to live healthier, stronger, and more purposeful lives.
